Orders
What is the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation from us by email. In your user account you can see the order status under “Orders”. We will be integrating a live status in our shop soon, so you will be able to see where your order is at any time.
How can I cancel my order?
Once you have placed your order, it will be processed. Please contact our customer service at kundenservice@gedalabels.de to check if your order can be cancelled.
How can I change my order afterwards?
You can adjust your order, change quantities or delete items during the checkout process.
Shipping and delivery
When will my order be shipped?
We need approx. 1-3 days for the delivery of your order within Germany.
Has my order already been shipped?
You will receive a tracking link from us so that you can follow the status of your order.
How can I change my delivery or billing address later?
You can change the delivery address during the checkout process of the order.
Alternatively, you can send us an e-mail at kundenservice@gedalabels.de and we will change the delivery address for you.
How much are the shipping costs?
5.90 euros within Germany (free shipping for orders over 25 euros)
10.90 euros within Germany Express Shipping
12.90 euros to Austria (free shipping for orders over 49 euros)
International shipping on request: kundenservice@gedalabels.de
Is express delivery possible?
Yes, next day express delivery within Germany is possible if you have placed your order by 12 noon. Please note that this order option is available only on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding statutory holidays.

How long do I have to return something?
You may return goods to us within 14 days after receipt.
How do I return an order?
Please send us an e-mail at kundenservice@gedalabels.de.
We will create a return slip and send it to you as a PDF. Use this form for your return.

My item is damaged. What should I do?
Please contact our customer service by e-mail at kundenservice@gedalabels.de if your product is damaged. Ideally, you should also send a photo of the damaged item. We will see to a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Are there any shipping costs for an exchange?
There are no costs within Germany. Please send us an e-mail at kundenservice@gedalabels.de
We will create a return note and send it to you as a PDF.
How do I get my money back?
As soon as the goods have arrived at our warehouse, you will get your money back. Your credit will be transferred back to you via the payment method you used.
Why hasn't my payment been refunded yet?
It takes about 1-2 weeks for us to refund your payment.

Customer account
How do I log in?
Click on the "My account" button in the upper right corner. There you can register and log in to our shop.
How can I change my password?
Log in to your account. In the left column under "Personal data", you can change your personal data as well as your password.
I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
Click on the "My account" button and then on "Login". In the column on the left, you can click on "Forgotten password" under "I am already a customer". Enter your e-mail address and click on "Send e-mail". You will receive an e-mail with a link to the new password.
Do I need a customer account to order?
You can also order without a customer account. When ordering as a guest, unfortunately you are not able to redeem voucher codes.

How do I register?

How do I get my voucher for the newsletter registration?
You will automatically receive an e-mail with a voucher code after registering for the newsletter.
How often will I receive a newsletter?
We send out a newsletter about twice a month with themed content, offers and recipe and DIY tips.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
You will find an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter.
